Yes. Once an expense clears policy the reimbursement is yours, and sits in your wallet until you move it. Your employer cannot claw it back out of the wallet.
Transfer it whenever you like, as often as you like. There is no minimum and no fee to the employee. Many people leave it and sweep it once a month; frequent travellers move it the same day.
No. ExpenseOS is free for employees. The company pays a percentage of money moved, and nothing is deducted from your reimbursement.
The money already in it stays yours and you can withdraw it. The link to your employer ends, so no new reimbursements arrive, but the balance is not affected.
