Give your team a single benefits card that carries every program you offer, wellness, food, work-from-home, family care, learning and pre-tax health & commuter, each as its own ready-to-spend stipend. Policy lives on the card, so in-policy swipes just work and you only pay for what’s used.
Why it’s different

Each benefit you offer is its own stipend purse on the same card, so your team carries one card, not a wallet full of point solutions. It often retires a separate lifestyle-benefits vendor outright.

Stipends draw at the swipe and unused amounts lapse at reset, so you fund the perk people actually take, never the float.

In-policy swipes need no receipt or report, anything out of policy declines at the terminal, pre-tax programs run pre-tax automatically, and taxable perks report themselves to payroll as they’re used.
One card, many programs
Turn on the programs your team cares about, each its own stipend purse on the same card. Add, adjust or retire programs whenever your team’s needs change. Your HR team owns the programs; finance only sees the funding.
Gym memberships, fitness classes, mental-health apps, massage and self-care.
Groceries, meal kits, team lunches, coffee and restaurant or delivery spend.
Desk, chair, monitor, headphones and the home-office gear that makes remote work.
Courses, certifications, books, coaching and conference tickets.
Fertility, childcare, dependent and elder care, and family-forming support.
HSA/FSA and transit & parking, run pre-tax so more of the benefit reaches your team.

FAQ
Paying suppliers. A virtual card number is issued for a specific vendor payment, which keeps supplier spend controlled and reconcilable without handing out a physical card. Employee and benefits cards are a separate thing and are not live yet.
Virtual cards are for vendors, not people. Employees still spend on their own cards and keep their own rewards. Those are two different problems and ExpenseOS solves them differently on purpose.
Yes, it lowers it. The rate is 1.5% of money moved, and connecting supplier payments drops it to 1% on everything, including reimbursements.
No. ExpenseOS pays suppliers the way each one accepts, which is why the product is described as paying suppliers their way rather than pushing everything onto a card.
Not yet. Benefits cards for stipends such as gym, commuter and wellness are in development. Anything on the site marked Soon is genuinely not live, and we would rather label it than sell it.
