STIPENDSWhy it’s different
Whatever your company offers lands on one card as ready-to-spend stipends. Swipe in policy and it just works.
In-policy swipes need nothing from you, no photo, no form, no expense report to chase later.
Commuter, HSA/FSA and other qualified programs run pre-tax automatically, so more of the benefit actually reaches you.
Add it to Apple or Google Wallet and tap at the gym, the pharmacy or the train, the right stipend is used automatically.
Spend it on what matters
Whichever programs your company turns on, each lands as its own ready-to-spend stipend on the same card.
Gym, fitness classes, mental-health apps and self-care.
Groceries, meal kits, coffee and the team lunch.
Desk, chair, monitor and the gear that makes home work.

Reimbursement lands about a minute after an expense clears policy, so the float is minutes rather than weeks. That is the part that makes the personal-card model fair: it only works if the payback is genuinely fast.
Yes, vendor virtual cards are live for supplier payments. It is employee cards that ExpenseOS deliberately does not lead with.
